So I have been "absent" for a couple days. I apologize. My weekends get extra bust and I find I don't have much time to post! A quick recap from the past few days we had a ton of great food!  Beets, Collard greens ( which I have never had before but YUMMO) Acorn Squash, Asparagus, Red bell pepper and sweet potato bisque to name a few! 

In week two you add Detox. I have to say I liked the overall taste of the detox but it was a little "gritty" and was hard to take for a few days but does get easier and became a normal part of the day by the end of the week. I do have to say I am happy that my last detox packet was last night!   Last week this week and am looking forward to getting back to Insanity!!!
